“Live in the moment” is often said as a reminder that time is precious, and it's important to recognize how we spend it. However, it's not always clear how to do it in our everyday lives. It's easy to let go of your worries and appreciate a special moment when you're relaxing on the beach or sitting in a coffee shop, wistfully staring out the window, but what about all the time in between?
